  • Franz Böse has dedicated over ten years to the fields of e-mobility and renewable energy, reaching significant milestones through academic and professional achievements. From his bachelor’s thesis on electromobility and work at Tesla to his completion of a master’s thesis on the future of solar-electric yachting and four years as a C-Level Executive at Silent Yachts, preceded by a role as Marketing & Sales Manager, his career embodies a commitment to sustainable solutions.

Dr. Stephan Kress

TECHNICAL SURVEYOR & INNOVATION ADVISOR

  • Dr. Stephan Kress holds a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Mechanical Engineering, with extensive experience in renewable energy research at institutions like ETH Zurich, MIT, and Harvard University. From 2022 to 2023, he was Chief Innovation Officer at Silent-Yachts, leading the development of next-generation solar-electric drivetrains. Today, he is an independent professional applying his expertise to sustainable innovation in the maritime sector.

Miguel Rigo García

NAVAL ARCHITECT & ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

  • Miguel Rigo García is a skilled naval architect with a degree in Systems Engineering and Naval Technology and a master’s in Naval and Oceanic Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). He has expertise in aerodynamic design, heat transfer, and CFD simulations. Miguel has held key roles in the yacht industry, including Team Lead at Silent-Yachts, and is currently Head of Engineering at Cosmopolitan Yachts. He brings technical excellence and a passion for sustainable maritime innovation.

Kyle Miller

CAPTAIN, SURVEYOR & AFTER-SALES MANAGER

  • Kyle Miller is a certified 100-ton USCG Master Captain with extensive experience in warranty and after-sales service. He has overseen the launch and commissioning of numerous vessels, several of them being solar-electric, ensuring every detail meets exacting standards. In addition, Kyle provides comprehensive training to new owners and captains, equipping them with the skills to confidently operate their boats.
